Our deluxe king room was spacious with a great view and included fresh seasonal fruits.

We walked everywhere, the location was magnificent and PERFECT, to airport easy.

The area was bustling.

Convenient location near shopping area and subway. Spacious, bright room with modern amenities. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast selection with daily variety.

Internet access was very poor and i had to pay extra for a faster wifi service only to find that Google/Gmail is banned in Shanghai. It made it really difficult to respond to work emails.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with three subway stations within walking distance, making it convenient for us to explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of surrounding shopping areas and dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing and well trained, going above and beyond to meet my requirements. The hotel was attentive to cleanliness and my preferences. The facilities in both the guestroom and public areas were excellent. The location in the bustling Nanjing West Road area was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a fantastic brand new mall just across the road. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff was always pleasant.

the bad was! changing room and shower very dirty! the restaurant Shintaro very very bad! is not tasty and the food is not fresh!

The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall and metro station, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and had plenty of sockets, including some that accepted UK plugs. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and quality coffee provided.

The breakfast buffet didn't meet my expectations for a high-end hotel. However, the other restaurants on site were excellent.

The hotel is close to the line 2 Metro which takes to the bund, sheshan (Happy Valley Park) and more, close to the promenade with coffee shops and restaurants on the way to the metro.

from the start our request was for a room that would fit fir 2 adults and 2 children. Instead we had to spend a week in 2 single beds, without any option of entering a third bed or changing the room. Imagine 2 adults sharing a single bed...

The spa and gym are fantastic. Location was perfect for us, will be even better when new Jing an station opens up. The staff service, bathroom and attention to detail very good.

Carpet old on edges. Coukdbt open door to balcony. Buffet breakfast was mediocre and staffed seemed in chaos - the one waiter brought us the bill twice.
